Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinates and implements all facets of our digital marketing initiatives, including but not limited to PPC ad campaigns, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
• Promotes special offers and packages across all hotel properties, while closely monitoring their performance metrics to gauge success and make data-driven adjustments.
• Plans, monitors, and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital actions, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media ads, programmatic advertising, and native advertising.
• Budgeting: Assist in managing the digital marketing budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively.
• Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on market trends and competitor strategies to inform internal decision-making. Evaluates important metrics that affect website traffic, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Creates and tests landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Manages all company websites and platforms, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date content.
• Collaborates with corporate and agency partners to review SEO ranking and implements strategic SEO improvements for all hotel websites.
• Works closely with the content team to develop a content strategy that aligns with broader digital marketing goals.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in the hospitality or tourism sector.
• Certified in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar digital marketing certifications.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, PPC, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends), and CRM software.
• Hands-on experience with website CMS like WordPress and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be considered a strong advantage.
• Exceptional analytical and data interpretation skills. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Data Studio is a plus.
• Proven ability to stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work in European Union.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain respectful working relationships with business partners and monitor on an ongoing basis their accounts.
• Utilize sales techniques to maximize revenue and build customer loyalty.
• Contribute towards hotels’ revenue target by owning customer accounts.
• Schedule regular visits / business meetings to travel agents & tour operators in relations to Louis Hotels portfolio.
• Organize presentations for existing and prospective customers.
• Attending meetings, exhibitions and trade events throughout the year representing the Louis portfolio in Europe.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years working experience in the tourism industry.
• Willingness to travel and meet with Tour Operators and travel agency partners as needed.
• Exceptional communication skills (friendly, confident, and outgoing character).
• Customer service focus, ability to build long-term relationships.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
• Nicosia Resident.
Main Responsibilities:
• Handling the Online Travel Agents extranets (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotel Beds etc).
• Handling and connectivity of the channel manager primalRES and booking engine WebHotelier.
• Effective Yield Actions (rate configuration and derivation via RMS).
• Reporting of the room availability, booking positions and pricing.
Job Requirements:
• Relevant academic qualifications in Statistics / Hospitality Management / Finance or a related field.
• Knowledge and previous experience of Channel Manager / OTAs / Booking Engine.
• Able to handle various Online Booking Systems (extranets).
• Very command of Greek and English Languages.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel.
