Main Responsibilities:

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
• Follows procedures to open and close the pool each day.
• Maintains a safe, clean and sanitary pool area.
• Maintains deck furniture in a clean and orderly fashion.
• Follows hotel’s cleaning schedules and guidelines to ensure periodic deep cleaning of the pool and Jacuzzis.
• Exchanges towels for guests accordingly to the Pool Towel Exchange Policy. Folds and transports towels for the spa area, when applicable.
• Notifies management of any malfunctions or safety and security issues. Reports on maintenance related issues.
Required Qualifications:

Main Responsibilities:
• Maintains constant supervision of the swimming activities in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of guests in the event of emergency.
• Provides emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency medical services.

• Supervises the use of other equipment when allocated to that duty.

Main Responsibilities:
• Create and execute an annual strategic and comprehensive marketing plan, to include promotion, advertising, preparation and production of printed promotional materials, public relations, social media etc., online, and offline advertising for all Louis Hotels and Restaurants in Cyprus and Greece.
• Prepare marketing and advertising annual budgets for both Louis Hotels and Louis Restaurants and supervise budget approvals as well as invoicing and spending procedures.

Review Social Media Calendars:
• Check the monthly plans for all 26 hotels in Instagram & Facebook, also the Louis Hotels corporate site in Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn

• Ensure captions, visuals, and post timing match the individual hotel's tone, character, and marketing goals.
• Flag inconsistencies or errors quickly for immediate correction.

Audit Visual Content Across Websites:
• Regular audits of all websites
• Ensure all images are up-to-date, high quality, brand-consistent, and seasonally appropriate.
Organize and Coordinate Photoshoots:
• Identify outdated visual content and discuss with Creative Supervisor
• Liaise with hotels and photographers to schedule and manage photo and video shoots.
• Maintain a database of fresh, on-brand content for use across all channels for Social Media, Tour Operators and Websites.
Strengthen Communication Across Departments:
