TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The loyalty scheme benefits are valid only for online bookings through www.louishotels.com and through each Louis Hotel official website (except Amada Colossos Resort) and only after registration.
The discounts accumulated can be used only by the individual member of the loyalty scheme and are not transferable. The discount is based on the total number of room nights the individual member collects from his past stays at Louis Hotels except from the LH blue level (level 1) which is valid upon registration. For each roomnight, the user collects 10 points.
The discounts are calculated on 3 levels:
LH blue (level 1): entitles you to a 3% discount and is valid from first booking upon registration with a minimum of 1 roomnight stay (0-99 points).
LH yellow (level 2): entitles you to a 5% discount and is valid upon collection of minimum 10 roomnights (or 100 points) on previous stays on any Louis Hotel.
LH purple (level 3): entitles you to a 10% discount and is valid upon collection of minimum 30 roomnights (or 300 points) on previous stays on any Louis Hotel on all future bookings.
In order to benefit a 5% discount on future online bookings, at least 10 roomnights (or 100 points) should be collected from previous stays booked online.
In order to benefit 10% discount on future online bookings, at least 30 roomnights (or 300 points) from previous stays booked online.
Only room nights booked online will be taken into account for the online loyalty scheme. Any additional nights or any other extras purchased directly with the hotel either by telephone or when the loyalty member is physically at the hotel as well as any roomnights booked via a tour operator, travel agent, or an OTA will not be taken into account.
If in July 2018 you booked and stayed 7 room nights you collected 7 room nights (or 70 points).
In the next booking, you are entitled to a discount of 3% as you belong to Level 1. In September 2018, you book another 6 nights. After check-out, you will have collected 7+6=13 room nights (or 130 points) in your account. On your next booking, you are entitled to a discount of 5% (total 13 room nights collected – you have reached Level 2).
Any increase or decrease in relation to the number of nights booked will be adjusted accordingly on the members loyalty account.
For any roomnight booked and cancelled or for no shows no points will be collected.
Roomnights/Points are only added on your My LH Points account after check-out.
Where Louis Hotel loyalty scheme suspect fraud or misconduct on the part of the loyalty member, the discount earned by the loyalty member may be refused or cancelled.
The number of nights can only be earned, held and used against future hotel bookings as set out in these terms and conditions. Any sale, exchange or transfer of nights, is a serious breach of these terms. Any number of nights not earned and held in accordance with these terms and conditions will be invalid and cannot be used against any future booking discounts. Any such nights earned on the loyalty members account will be deducted, and if any discount has been applied Louis Hotel will ask for full payment from the loyalty member.
The room nights collected have no cash value.
Louis Hotel loyalty scheme reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions and will give all loyalty members as much notice as they reasonably can. Collecting room nights or obtaining discounts by the loyalty member will constitute acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
If you wish to delete your account, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and your account will be deleted from our database.
Louis Hotel loyalty scheme reserves its right to suspend or terminate the loyalty scheme; however, prior to doing so it will give as much notice as reasonably possible to all its members before doing so. Should this happen all loyalty members accounts will be suspended or terminated.
Louis Hotel loyalty scheme is subject to Cyprus law. Louis Hotel Loyalty scheme will only be liable to a loyalty member who suffers loss as a result of their breach of these terms and conditions and their only liability will be to credit to the loyalty members account any number of nights which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials.
