Following the declaration of the coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic on March 12, we would like to extend our warmest thoughts to the people who have been affected by this unfortunate event and our deepest appreciation to the healthcare workers and local communities who are fighting against the virus.

As it has always been, the health and safety of Louis Hotels’ guests and team members is our primary priority. We have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene at our hotels. To prevent the spread of coronavirus, we have taken all the necessary additional measures and followed the official instructions issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) in consultation with the Ministry of Health of Cyprus and Greece and all relevant bodies.

We at Louis Hotels are committed to offering you flexible booking options. Given these unique circumstances, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies to ease any of your concerns.
For guests with existing individual reservations including refundable and non-refundable bookings for stays until 30/06/2020: If you have booked directly via our official websites and your travel has been impacted by the COVID-19 virus, please contact the hotel directly. Please note we are in the process of adjusting our cancellation policy in order not to affect your already booked and prepaid holidays for stays up to 30/06/2020.
For new individual reservations for Summer 2020:
- Free cancellation is now adjusted up to 3 days before arrival.
- The 20% deposit on refundable reservations is now charged 30 days before guest’s arrival date and not upon reservation date.
- All new reservations for summer 2020 benefit an extra 10% loyalty discount with free enrolment from the 1st day of your stay
