Meet the Italian Restaurant of Amada Colossos Resort in Rhodes!

Architect Eleftherios Ambatzis recently completed the Italian restaurant Benini’s in the island of Rhodes, Greece, as a part of the large beachfront resort complex Amada Colossos adopting a design approach which deconstructs the essence of Italy using discreet references in contrast with the expected folkloric approach.

A taste of Cyprus by Louis Hotels

The simple bread, “Psomi” has long been the main staple in the Cypriot cuisine, especially in frugal times, when the people Cyprus would survive on a thick chunk of it accompanied with cheese or a handful of olives and a tomato.
