Gold Award for Louis Hotels for the Best Greek Hotel Technology Innovation
Another distinction for Louis Hotels, at the Greek Hospitality Awards 2017, for the innovative service ‘’Social Media Concierge’’ developed for its establishments. The company won the Gold Award for the category “Best Greek Hotel Technology Innovation”.
The Social Media Concierge service allows 24-hour communication with guests via Facebook messenger, in order to provide the best possible service for their daily needs, through one of their favourite mediums.
The Greek Hospitality Awards recognise excellence in the sector of Greek hotels, having an international reach and interconnection with tour operators from countries with a significant presence in incoming tourism. Louis Hotels was voted by the Evaluation Committee, composed of important personalities, but also by the public, with a voting ratio of 60/40.
The company was represented by the Regional Director of Corfu, Mr. Poseidonas Theodorou. Referring to the award, the CEO of Louis Hotels, Mr. Iason Perdios, said, “The Award for Best Greek Hotel Technology Innovation is one of our most important distinctions, as it is an important recognition of our efforts in Greece, the country that we love and invest in continuously.

This is the second consecutive award for Louis Hotels, after having won the Best Digital Innovation Award at the Worldwide Hospitality Awards which were held in Paris, while competing amongst Hotel Groups that can be characterised as global giants.
