Let’s do Meze by Elliniko: The Royal Apollonia’s Elliniko restaurant premiered the Meze concept in March 2017, featuring Greek salads, dips and shared hot dishes. ever since the opening the restaurant has been such a big hit with our guests that we have introduced the Meze by Elliniko restaurant in various of Louis Hotels including The King Jason Protaras, St. Elias Resort and Louis Zante Beach. Available to hotel and Ultra All-Inclusive guests in the form of two 11-item set menus, an a la carte selection was added later featuring popular main dishes like fresh sea bass and lamb shank cooked with thyme and butter.

Mura by Akakiko’s set menu brings together the highlights from the wider selection of Akakiko restaurants, while adding a sophisticated dining option. All sauces are made from scratch and feature authentic ingredients like Mirin and Sake wines, Korean crushed red pepper and Hon Dashi fish stock.
