Louis Hotels is pleased to announce the launch of #dipintoelegance contest that runs on Louis Ivi Mare’s Facebook page and Louis Ivi Mare’s Instagram profile.

Enter the competition, for your chance to win a stay for two in Cyprus!
This prize includes a five-night luxury Half Board Plus stay at the brand new Louis Ivi Mare in Paphos, Cyprus for 2 people!
All you need to do to participate is to:
1. i) Like our Facebook Page https://www.facebook.com/louisivimare/ or follow our instagram account @louisivimare and
2. ii) upload a photo of your favourite elegant moment using our hashtag #dipintoelegance on the timeline of our Facebook Page
or tag a friend or a loved one on our instagram post.

The contest runs until 1st May, 2019. The winner will be announced on Louis Ivi Mare’s Facebook and Instagram page.
Only members of Louis Ivi Mare Facebook page or followers of Louis Ivi Mare instagram page may participate in this raffle.
The participation in this raffle may end by leaving Louis Ivi Mare Facebook Page (unlike our Facebook page) or by unfollow Louis Ivi Mare Instagram page.

1. The Organizer
LOUIS HOTELS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (“Louis Hotels” , “we”, “us”, “our” ), a company registered under the laws of Cyprus, with reg. number HE 11553, having its registered address at Lemesou 11, 2112 Nicosia, Cyprus is the Organizer of the contest #dipintoelegance
2. Participation
The competition is open to all aged 18 years or over except employees of Louis Hotels and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the Company or judging of the competition
We reserve our right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.

3. Duration
The contest runs from 15th January 2019 until May 1st, 2019.

4. Prize
• Prize includes a five-night Half Board Plus stay for two, at the brand new Louis Ivi Mare for May-December 2019 excluding 20/07/2019 – 20/09/2019;
• Prize does not include flights or land arrangements;
• Reservation is subject to availability;
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Winner
• One winner will be drawn from all participants
• 2nd of May Louis Ivi Mare will announce the name of the winner on their respective Facebook and Instagram Page;
• The winner need to contact by email info@louishotels.com within 7 days to claim the prize;
• You cannot claim your prize if you are no longer a member of our Facebook Page or a follower of our Instagram page.

7. General Terms
Each participant may submit only one entry.
The prize does not include flights or land arrangements.
The prize is valid for six (6) months after the draw.
Reservation is subject to availability.
The prize is non-refundable and non- transferable.
By the participation in the competition each participant declares and consents to the processing of his/her personal data collected and used by the host to process them through automated and/or non-automated means by Louis Hotels . The personal data of the winner in the competition, will be retained by the Organizer and will be used solely for the purposes of the competition.
The personal data of the participants will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Law 138 (I)/2001 and the General Regulation for the protection of personal data-Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
The participants may exercise all their legitimate rights as defined in the Data Protection Law 138 (I)/2001 and in GDPR .
The Organizer declares and undertakes that it has taken all necessary measures, technical, organizational, legal in order to protect participants ‘ privacy.
The Organizer reserves the right to amend or alter the privacy policy.
The Organizer is allowed to publicly announce the winner’s name on the Louis Ivi Mare Facebook/Instagram page and Louis Hotels website. The competition winner’s name may be published on the Louis Ivi Mare Facebook/Instagram page on which the competition appeared and on Louis Hotels website.
The winner may be upon the signing of all the necessary documentation, requested to take part in promotional activity and Louis Hotels reserves the right to use the names and address of the winner in any publicity both in paper and online. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
The Organizer cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant‘s or any other person‘s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the competition. Nothing shall exclude The Organizer’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence and cases of willful action.
The present Terms & Conditions will be governed by Cyprus law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
