1. The Organizer Louis Hotels, a leading hotel chain with 26 hotels and resorts in both Cyprus and Greece for every holiday type.
2. Participation The competition is open to all aged 18 years or over except employees of Louis Hotels. We reserve our right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Organizer’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Organizer.
3. Duration The contest runs from ^3rd of April 2024 – ^3rd of May 2024
4. Prize

• Prize includes a 5-night stay for up to 2 people on a bed and breakfast basis, at Cali Resort & Spa in Paphos.
  • Prize does not include land arrangements;
  • Reservation is subject to availability;
  • Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Winner
   • One winner will be selected from all participants within the second week of May 2024
   • Mid-May, Louis Hotels will announce the name of the winner on their Facebook and Instagram Page;
   • The winner needs to contact by email marketing.manager@louishotel.com within 7 days to claim the prize;
6. General Terms Each participant may submit only one entry. The prize does not include land arrangements. The prize is valid for stay in 2024 excluding July & August and long weekend 28^th of October. Reservation is subject to availability. The prize is non-refundable and non- transferable. By participating in the competition each participant declares and consents to the processing of his/her personal data collected and used by Louis Hotels to process them through automated and/or non-automated means . The personal data of the winner in the competition, will be retained by the Organizer and will be used solely for the purposes of the competition. The personal data of the participants will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Law 138 (I)/2001 and the General Regulation for the protection of personal data-Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The participants may exercise all their legitimate rights as defined in the Data Protection Law 138 (I)/2001 and in GDPR. The Organizer declares and undertakes that it has taken all necessary measures, technical, organizational, legal in order to protect participants ‘ privacy. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or alter the privacy policy. The Organizer is allowed to publicly announce the winner’s name on the Louis Hotels Facebook/Instagram page and Louis Hotels website. The competition winner’s name may be published on the Louis Hotels Facebook/Instagram page on which the competition appeared and on Louis Hotels website. The winner may be upon the signing of all the necessary documentation, requested to take part in promotional activity and Louis Hotels reserves the right to use the names and address of the winner in any publicity both in paper and online. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. The Organizer cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. The Organizer is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment or software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant‘s or any other person‘s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the competition. Nothing shall exclude The Organizer’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence and cases of willful action. The present Terms & Conditions will be governed by Cyprus law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
