Palaiokastrista is in the north-west of Corfu, and it resembles a paradise. The lush greenery touches the crystal-clear ocean water, while the hedge covered cliffs look over the coastline. According to Greek mythology the village was the last place Odysseus visited before returning to his home, Ithaca.
