TERMS & CONDITIONS OF LOYALTY SCHEME – My LH Points
The Loyalty Scheme benefits are valid only for online bookings through www.louishotels.com and through each Louis Hotel official website (if such hotel participates in the Loyalty Scheme) and only after online enrolment and registration in the Loyalty Scheme. Enrolment and registration in the Loyalty Scheme can be made only online at www.louishotels.com.
1. All members of the Loyalty Scheme shall be entitled to the additional discount in addition of other special offers posted online on Louis Hotels websites.
Example 1: if a special offer of 10% applies for online bookings, members who have reached Level 1 will be entitled to an additional 3% discount. Members who have reached Level 2 will be entitled to an additional 5% discount. Members who have reached Level 3 will be entitled to an additional 10% discount.
2. The discounts are calculated on 3 levels (subject to having accumulated points*):
(i) LH Blue (Level 1): entitles you to a 3% discount and is valid from first booking upon registration with a minimum of one (1) room night stay (0-99 points).
(ii) LH Yellow (Level 2): entitles you to a 5% discount and is valid upon collection of minimum ten (10) room nights (or 100 points) on previous stays on any Louis Hotel.
(iii) LH Purple (Level 3): entitles you to a 10% discount and is valid upon collection of minimum thirty (30) room nights (or 300 points) on previous stays on any Louis Hotels on all future bookings unless the Points have expired*.
In order to benefit a 5% discount on future online bookings, at least 10 room nights (or 100 points) should be collected from previous stays booked Online. In order to benefit 10% discount on future online bookings, at least 30 room nights (or 300 points) from previous stays booked online.
* Important Notice: For any bookings for stays until 31/10/2020 all users get an extra 10% discount irrelevant of points collected.
* Important Notice: Points are deleted after five (5) years from the date of accommodation at a Hotel for which the reservation was made online through Louis Hotel websites or through the Loyalty Scheme.
3. The discounts (or points) accumulated can be used only by the individual member of the Loyalty Scheme and are not transferable. The discount is based on the total number of room nights the individual member collects from his past stays at Louis Hotels which he has booked online through Louis Hotels websites except from the LH Blue (Level 1) which is valid upon registration. For each room night, the user collects (10) points.
4. Only room nights booked online are taken into account for the purposes of the Loyalty Scheme. Any additional nights or any other extras purchased directly with any Louis Hotel either by telephone or in person as well as any room nights booked via a tour operator, travel agent, or any other hotel booking engine will not be taken into account.
• If in July 2018 you booked online, after enrolment in the Loyalty Scheme*, and stayed seven (7) room nights you have collected seven (7) room nights (or 70 points). In the next online booking, you are entitled to a discount of 3% as you qualified for LH Blue (Level 1).
• In September 2018, you book online another six (6) nights. After check-out from the Louis Hotel you have stayed for you which you made the online booking, you will have collected 7+6=13 room nights (or 130 points) in your account. On your next booking, you are entitled to a discount of 5% (total 13 room nights collected – you have reached Level 2).
*Important Notice: Enrolment in the Loyalty Scheme is a pre-requisite for claiming any My LH Points
5. Any increase or decrease to the number of nights booked, the corresponding My LH Points will be adjusted accordingly on the member’s loyalty account.
6. For any room night booked and cancelled or for no shows no points will be credited.
7. Room nights/Points are only added on your My LH Points Account after check-out from the hotel.
8. The number of room nights can only be earned, held and used against future online hotel bookings through Louis Hotels’ website as set out in these Terms & Conditions.
9. It is solely the responsibility of the member to be informed about the Loyalty Scheme and to request the specific rewards online, via firstname.lastname@example.org
10. No sale, or exchange or transfer of night rooms is allowed and any attempt, is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions leads to termination of the membership in the Loyalty Scheme. Any number of nights not earned and held in accordance with these Terms &Conditions will be invalid and cannot be used against any future booking discounts.
11. The My LH Points Collected have no cash or monetary value and are not exchangeable or redeemed against cash.
B. How to join My LH Points Loyalty Scheme.
3. Where Louis Hotel suspect fraud or misconduct or misuse of the Loyalty Scheme or there may be a breach of these Terms & Conditions on the part of a member of the Loyalty Scheme, the discount earned by the member may be refused or cancelled by Louis Hotels.
C. Your Agreement to Our Use of Information about You (Your Personal Data)
3. Additional personal information that we collect includes information that you provide when you enrol in the Loyalty Scheme or when you manage your profile online as to be created online for the scope of use of this Loyalty Scheme. During enrolment, we require that you provide your name, physical address and e-mail address, and to create a User ID. Password is created separately every time once the user is logged into the Loyalty Scheme.
5. By enrolling, you also consent to the transfer of your information to countries where our information processing facilities, business operations and hotels are located, including Greece and other countries where data protection laws may differ from those of your home country.
6. To ensure that your personal information is accurate and up-to-date, we may also share your information with a third party for the purpose of updating and enhancing the quality and content of the information we maintain about you.
D. General Conditions of Participation in the Loyalty Scheme
1. Louis Hotels may, at its sole discretion with or without notice, at any time, unilaterally, modify, add or delete (all or part) these Terms & Conditions from time to time by posting the revised Terms & Conditions on our website. The changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated.
3. Louis Hotels reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or terminate the Loyalty Scheme; However, prior to doing so it will give as much notice as reasonably possible to all its members before doing so. Should this happen all Loyalty Scheme members’ accounts will be suspended or terminated.
4. These Terms & Conditions are subject to Cyprus law. Louis Hotel Loyalty scheme will only be liable to a loyalty member who suffers loss as a result of their breach of these Terms & Conditions and their only liability will be to credit to the Loyalty Scheme members account any number of nights which have been wrongly deducted or should have been credited but were not. These Terms & Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. The Terms &Conditions for bookings made though prevail.
5. LOUIS HOTELS PROVIDES THE LOYALTY SCHEME – MY LH POINTS, THESE AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND OTHER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS "AS-IS" AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DESIGN, ACCURACY, CAPABILITY, SUFFICIENCY, SUITABILITY, CAPACITY, COMPLETENESS OR AVAILABILITY.
6. By enrolling to this Loyalty Scheme, you also agree that Louis Hotels does not represent, warrant or guarantee that the Loyalty Scheme or any such other products and services will be uninterrupted, without omissions or error free, or that defects will be corrected, or changes implemented. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL LOUIS HOTELS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE LOYALTY SCHEME OR ANY SUCH OTHER PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, EVEN IF A LOUIS HOTELS AUTHORISED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore such exclusions may not apply to you. In the event Louis Hotels is held liable for any damages related to such matters, your sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to reimbursement for the booking made through the Loyalty Scheme. You hereby waive any and all rights to bring any claim or action related to such matters in any forum beyond two (2) years after the first occurrence of the kind of act, event, condition or omission upon which the claim or action is based.
7. If any provision(s) of these Terms & Conditions of the Loyalty Scheme My LH Points are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
8. The failure by Louis Hotels to exercise any of its rights granted hereunder upon the occurrence of any of the contingencies set forth in this agreement will not constitute a waiver of such rights upon the recurrence of such contingency.
