Proud of our pioneering spirit and commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry, Louis Hotels continue to receive countless awards and accolades. These multifaceted awards highlight our unwavering dedication to maintaining the best possible standards and reflect the satisfaction of our valued customers, who continue to honour us with rave reviews year after year.

In 2022 alone, we received over 75 awards from some of the world’s most respected review sites and tour operators. These include TripAdvisor, Booking.com, TUI, British Airways and many more.

In 2023, new awards continue to consolidate our leading position in the market. Most notably, over 18 hotels in our group received the Booking.com Traveller Review Awards 2023, dedicated to celebrating the hard work that goes into a great stay. The awards are based on a pool of over 240 million certified customer reviews.

Five of our hotels were also honoured with the TUI Global Hotel Awards 2023, recognising hotels that have received outstandingly high customer satisfaction scores.

Louis Hotels is also committed to green and sustainable holidays, with measures to manage social and environmental impact. This has earned several hotels the prestigious Green Key awards and Gold Travelife certification.
